Shipping policy

We are a small business store and process all orders on a day to day basis. Please allow 1-3 working days for customizing and shipping. We do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

Please double check your shipping address. KLM Custom Designs will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.  

Please make sure your shipping address leads to a secure location. KLM Custom Designs will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day if the product is complete that day of order.
